Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take my data to import?

We can import your data within 2 business days, provided the formatting requirements are met.

Do you import invoices?

Yes! We do!

Do I have to do anything with my data before you import it?

It depends on your current provider and the format of your data extraction. Sometimes there are minor adjustments that are required to confirm to the different configuration between systems.

Can I import closed/archived client cases?

Yes, and they can be linked to past or present practitioners too.

Can I still use coreplus while my data is being imported?

Yes you can still use coreplus however once your data is imported, you will be limited with client based activities you can perform such as creating an appointment or writing a case note.

Do I need to import my data or can I start fresh?

Importing your data to coreplus is completely optional.

Can I import my data during my free trial?

You will need a subscribed account for us to import your data

Do I need to import ALL of my data?

No, you can import as little or as much as you like within the scope of our templates.

Are there any limitations on the volume of data I can import?

Not at all.

Do you import attachments?

We do not import attachments.

Can I keep my own invoice numbers or client IDs?

Your own invoice numbers and client ID’s can be imported as part of the invoice or client record as a note, however coreplus has it’s own invoice and client ID numbering system that can’t be overwritten.
